Who we are

Thirdwheel Supply makes small software tools for wedding photographers. Questions about this policy go to hello@thiiirdwheel.com.

What we collect

Your email address, if you join our email list or a tool’s waitlist, plus which list you joined and when. We don’t ask for anything else.

What we use it for

To email you about new tools, or about the tool you asked about. We don’t sell your email address or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it’s kept

With our database provider, Lovable Cloud, on servers that may be outside Australia. If we use an email service to send our emails, it handles your address only to deliver them.

Buying a tool

When a tool is for sale, checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. They collect your payment and billing details under their own privacy policy. We never see your card number.

Visiting the site

Our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, to run and protect the site and to give us basic visit counts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We don’t use advertising cookies or trackers.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@thiiirdwheel.com to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, email us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
